It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Berner (York, Nebraska), born in Norfolk, Nebraska, who passed away on September 23, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Berner and Clara Berner (Schilling); and his sister Muriel Seger. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie J. Berner of York; his daughter Suzie Ellis (John) of York; his granddaughter Annie Ellis (Fidel Matos) of Lincoln; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Vorce of O'Neill and Ann Harmon of Grand Island, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
