He is survived by: his siblings, William Troutman (Elnora) of York, Jerry Troutman (Bev) of York, Megan McGraw (Bill) of York, Peggy Frerichs (Bob) of Orlando, FL, David Troutman (Linda) of York and Leslie Troutman of Lincoln. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews, and several cousins.
