He is survived by: his wife Gwen G. Chab of York; his children, Mark Brouillette (LaVonne) of Gilbert, AZ, Jon Brouillette (Misty) of McCool Junction, NE, Margon O'Neill (Patrick) of Overland Park, KS and Betsy Brouillette of Prairie Village, KS; his grandsons, Justin Brouillette (Erin) of Portland, OR and Eric Brouillette (Haleigh) of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Baby Brouillette, Adam Brouillette of Overland Park, KS, Elizabeth Brouillette of Lincoln, NE, Maren Brouillette (Dalton Clark) of York, Connor O'Neill and Kelsey O'Neill of Overland Park, KS.; his siblings, Shirley Badura of Omaha, NE and Gary Brouillette (Connie) of Leawood, KS; and his sister-in-law Ann Chab of La Plata. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and many special friends.

COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating and masks encouraged.
