She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dearing and Irma Dearing (Joy); her sister Patricia Kay Dearing; her children, Jerry, James and Jo Anne; and her grandsons, Peyton and Parker Hoffman.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Matzner; her friends, Rod, Emelie Armstrong, John, Maxine Broadwell, Steve and Linda Pettygrove; her daughters, Janet Matzner of Gresham, Julie Hoffman (Chad) of York, Jean Anne Matzner of York, Kathy Matzner of McCool Jct and Tina Richards (Gene) of McCool Jct; her granddaughter Paige McKenzie (Derek); her great grandchildren, Harper, Hudson, Hayes of York, Jacob Matzner of McCool Jct, Adam Matzner (Kira) and Matthew Matzner of Lincoln; her brother Dr. Richard Dearing; her nieces, Robin Noordman (Jason) of Winnipeg and Manitoba; and also, Nathan of Lincoln, Harrison of Lincoln, Jill Myers (Shane) of Lincoln and Kevin Dearing (Susan) of Pinawa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Peyton Parker Lane Playground/York Community Foundation, or to the church.
