It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merna Coon of York, Nebraska, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merna Coon to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, C. A. Reisinger and Mae Reisinger (Hiett); her former husband Harold Pinneo; her granddaughter Debbie; her great grandchild Chelsea; and her sisters, Lois, Wanda and Nonie.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Coon of York; and her children, Ken Pinneo (Vicki) of Wheatland, WY, Carl Pinneo (Pat) of York and Myra Hillmann (Terry) of York. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating (75% occupancy), 6 feet of separation between household units, and masks required.
