She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burns and Leona Burns (Becker); her parents-in-law, Edwin and Ethel Doremus; and her brother-in-law Ross Hirschfeld.
She is survived by: her nephews, Eddie Hild, Timothy and Thomas Burns; her husband David Doremus; her children, Christine Jarosz (Tom) of Stromsburg, NE and Nathan Doremus (Amy) of Benedict, NE; her grandchildren, Dane, Nealey, Collins Jarosz, Eli, Finley and Beckett Doremus; her brothers, Kevin and Dan Burns (Dawn); and her siblings-in-law, Cinda Hild, Pat Hirschfeld and Bob Doremus (Terri).
In lieu of flowers and plants, memorials may be directed to Benedict Community Church or to the family for later designation.
