She is survived by: her parent Edward Korecky; her spouse Lambert Dostal; her children, Keith Dostal of Howells, NE, Michael Dostal (Shirley) of Howells, NE, Mark Dostal (Janet) of Columbus, NE, Dan Dostal of Leigh, NE, Susan Indra (Dennis) of Clarkson, NE, Laurie Goodrich (John) of Schuyler, NE and Lynn Vodvarka (Don) of York, NE; her brother Ron Korecky (Carol) of Lincoln; her parent Ann Korecky Husband; her daughter Patricia Ann Molacek; her daughter-in-law Patricia M. Dostal; and her grandson Matthew Dostal. She is also survived by 24 Grandchildren 29 Great Grandchildren.
