She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Witt and Evelyn Witt (Simmering); her spouse Marlyn Karabel; her daughter Lisa Swerczek; and her sister Janice Shriver.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Karabel (Cinda) of Lincoln, NE, Gary Karabel (Pat) of Wichita Falls, TX and Larry Karabel (Mary Ann) of York, NE; her son-in-law Vic Swerczek of Albion, NE; and her siblings, Susan Rector (Galen) and Harold Witt Jr. of Colorado. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
