Alms of Peter's Lutheran Church; her brother Raymond; her son-in-law Roger Schmidt; and her siblings-in-law, Edgar Alms (Elnora), Hilda Gottula (Melvin), LaVerne Alms (Paula), Marian Gruber (Paul), Martin Alms, Alvin Alms, Kenneth Alms, Bertie Regier, Marilyn Alms and Ruth Alms.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald (Jerry), Cheryl Alms of Eden Prairie, MN, Linda Schmidt of Columbus, NE, John and Shawna Alms of York; her grandchildren, Scott (Jillian Schmidt), Lindsay (Talon Darling), Lt. Colonel William (Lindsey Alms), Kathryn (Brian Hahn), Kelsey Schmidt of Columbus, Joslynne (Cole Opbroeck) and Tyler (Elizabeth Alms); her great grandchildren, Ty, Carter Schmidt, Gwenyth, Norah Darling, Brooklynn, Bennett, Bailey, Lucas, Addison Alms, Ian Hahn and Jude Opbroeck; her nephew Chris Regier (Amy) of Edmond, OK; and her siblings-in-law, Arthur Alms of Lincoln, Robert Alms (Connie) of Norwalk, OH, Jacque Alms of Omaha, NE and Mary Lou Alms.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
