The memory of Lynn A. Carlson in York, Nebraska, who passed away on October 31, 2024 at the age of 66, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Carlson and Dorothy Carlson (Geiken); his sister-in-law Pam Carlson; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Delma Houchin; his niece Carrie Koves; his nephew Jay Houchin; and his sister-in-law Roxann Hafer.

He is survived by: his wife Denise of Shickley; his sons, Nathan Carlson (Michaela) of Shickley and Bret Carlson (Amanda) of Shickley; his grandchildren, Rileigh, Paityn, Carter, Hallie and Jack; his brother Kent Carlson (Michelle); and his siblings-in-law, Pat Wells (Clark), Rhonda Saltzman (Darreld), Glenda Austin (Joel), Wayne Jr. Houchin (Joy) and Bruce Houchin (Mary). He is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the United Methodist Church (611 Swartzendruber Dr, Shickley, NE 68436). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at the Stockholm Swedish Cemetery.
