She is survived by: her husband Scott Folts of York; her daughter Lauren Swantek (Brett) of McCool Jct; her stepchildren, Michael Folts (Cheree), Hunter Folts and Whitney Folts of York; her grandchildren, Braxton of McCool Jct, Burk of McCool Jct, Laney Swantek of McCool Jct, Cannon and Chase Folts of York; and her siblings, Michael Grotz of Beatrice and Susan Jackson of Sutton.
COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating (25% occupancy), 6 feet of separation between household units and masks required.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
