He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Hulse and Rose Marie Hulse (Kotas); and also Holly Givens. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Martin (Stephen Stromberg) of Phoenix, AZ and Laura Tanner (Steve Simon) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Soren, Ashleigh, Avery, Rees, Zain, Zac, Lexi, Cooper, Bailey and Liam; his sister Karolyn Andrews (Jerry) of Wichita, KS.; and also, Maegan Lamprecht (Jared Hatra) of Wahoo, NE and Joshua Givens (Penny) of York.
COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating and masks encouraged.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
