She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert E. Karrer and Luella L. Karrer (Oberg); and her son Derek J. Nicholson. She is survived by: her husband James Klute of York; her daughter Wendy (Wojciech Kotas) of Fridley, MN; her grandchildren, Ryan Nicholson (Chelsea), Jacob Nicholson, Roman Kotas and Annabella Kotas; and her great grandchild Skylar Grace Nicholson.
