He is survived by: his former wife Brenda; his children, Melissa, Jack, Jr. and Christopher; his wife Robin of York; his stepchildren, Amanda Barber (RJ) of Bellevue, Theresa Haack, Chris Frink of York and Steven Haack of York; his grandchildren, Jackson, Zoey, Richard, Joslyn, Carter, Henry, Isaiah, Erin, Jacob, Kylee, Kelsey, Karlie, Aubrey and Paislee; his sisters, Linda Velez (Joaquin) of Highlands, Laura Duesterhoeft (Chuck Schroeder), Sue Schwenzig (Rolf) of Osh Kosh and Sharon Herrick (Hugh) of International Falls, Minnesota; the mother of his children Brenda Belles; his close friends, Jimmy and Brenda Bailey; and also, Melissa, Jack, Jr. and Christopher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Memorials may be made in care of the family to designate at a later date.
