With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Propheter of York, Nebraska, born in Wathena, Kansas, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Propheter and Alice Propheter (Deverill); and his wife Carlene Unruh. He is survived by: his son Jonathan Propheter (Lindsey) of York; and his grandchildren, Jonah, Eli, Hannah, Leah and Caleb.

COVID 19 funeral guidelines will be implemented with spaced seating and masks encouraged.
