With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Ostrander of York, Nebraska, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Ostrander and Ethel Ostrander (Pace); his siblings, Raymond and Elaine; and his brothers-in-law, Norman Stromburg, Milton Wilcox and Ron Champoux.
He is survived by: his wife Eva Piper of York; his children, Marty Ostrander (Cathy) of Sutton, NE, Sue Ostrander of Lincoln, NE and Howard Ostrander (Mary) of Hastings, NE; his grandchildren, Clinton Ostrander (Angela), Melissa Conyers (Dave), Kimberly Lopez, Spencer Ostrander, Devin Ostrander (Nikki) and Simon Ostrander (Stefanie Ferguson); his great grandchildren, Ethan, Garret, Kaysen, Dawson, Kellan, Madelyn, Abigail, Gianna, Emmitt and Gunner; and his siblings, Elsie Stromburg of Genoa, NE, Frank Ostrander of Polk, NE, James Ostrander, Nadine Wilcox of Arlington, NE, Robert Ostrander of Lincoln and Lois Champoux of Lincoln.
COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating for family and close friends (25% occupancy), 6 feet of separation between household units, and masks required.
Memorials may be directed to the family for Parkinson's and Alzheimer's research.
