He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wiemer and Bernice Wiemer (Hoffman); his wife Judy Wiemer; his daughter Angela; his siblings, Elsie Ramsey (Donald Sr.), Bill (Janice), Gary, Bob (Sharon), Randy and Leon; and his daughter-in-law Chantelle Wiemer.

He is survived by: his children, Michael Wiemer of Geneva, NE, Jeremiah Wiemer of York, Amanda Sauer (Dustin) of Portland, OR and Nicholas Wiemer (Laura) of Utica, NE.; his grandchildren, Hadley Wiemer, Teagan Cool, Skylar Cool, Avery Wiemer, Lynn Jurgensmeier, Madilynn Wiemer, Kallyn Wiemer and Grant Hinze; his sister-in-law Sue Stuhr; his mother-in-law Lois Wiemer of York; his sister-in-law Becky Wiemer of Colorado; and his pet Zebon.
