He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Garhard and Bernice Doris Wiemer (Hoffman); his sons, Ron and Tom Renquist; his granddaughter Angela; his brothers, Bill, Randy and Danny; and his siblings-in-law, Don Ramsey, Janice and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Lois of York; his daughter Susan Stuhr of York; and his siblings, Elsie Ramsey of Annapolis, Leon Wiemer of York, Bob Wiemer of Lincoln and Jerry Wiemer (Judy) of York. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
