He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Meradith and Edna Meradith (Peters); his daughter Heidi Meradith; his brother Richard Meradith; his parents-in-law, Alvin and Augusta Naber; and his siblings-in-law, Ronnie and Charlotte Naber.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane of York; his children, Tim Meradith (Jill) of North Platte and MinDee Richey (Jeff) of Papillion; his grandsons, Daniel Meradith of Rock Springs, WY and Brandon Meradith of Richmond, TX; his siblings, Sara Meradith of Omaha and Dave Johnston of North Platte; and his siblings-in-law, Geraldine Naber of York, Pat Naber of York, Jeanette and Roger Jensen of Grand Island. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
