He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Matlock and Katherine Matlock (Kleinholtz); his spouse Billie Blankenship; and his siblings, Delbert of Maynard, Harlan and Luverne.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Matlock of York and Dana Matlock of Aurora, CO; his grandchildren, Caitlin and Reagan Matlock; his siblings, Jerlene Nielsen of Stromsburg, NE and Fritz Matlock (Tammy) of York; and his mother-in-law Nellie Blankenship of York. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
