She is survived by: her brother James; her sister-in-law Gail Baxter; her stepchildren, Brenda Vogel (Ron) and Charles Huegel; her stepgranddaughter Hailey Vogel; her niece Laura Harrison (Scott); her son Elliott; her great-niece Suzanne Baxter (Andrew Slopsema); her niece Sue Schutte (Alan); and her cousin Liana Steele (Roger Steele).
A memorial scholarship will be set up for Elizabeth Baxter Huegel at the Russell High School Foundation.
