She was predeceased by: her father Robert Black; and her husband Donald Wayne Duncan. She is survived by: her mother Gladys Black (Howard) of York; her children, Shane Duncan (Robyn) of Hermitage, TN and Andrea Hearn (Steve) of York; her grandchildren, Kayleigh Markaskey of Nashville, TN, Kyler Robush of Nashville, TN, Kiara, Treyton and Kaden Hearn of York; her great grandchild Arabella; and her brothers, Ronnie Black (Ida) of York and Bobbie Black (Jan) of Sanger, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID 19 situation, Doreen's funeral service will be limited to relatives and very close friends. COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
