She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Hoffman and Irene Hoffman (Schroeder); her sister-in-law Donna Hoffman; her sister Sharon Hoffman; and also, Marion and Betty Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Benjamin and Elizabeth; her spouse Leigh; her children, Nathan, Avery, Henry, Finley of Seward, Beth and Mark Johnson; her grandchildren, Ryan, Olivia, Alex of Lincoln, NE and Reisa Capelli of Providence, RI.; her siblings, Carol, Gene Kupke of Lusk, WY, Harry Hoffman, Clarence (Carolyn Hoffman), Roger (Lou Hoffman), John (Barbara Hoffman), Robert (Vernalene Hoffman), Matthew (Sandy Hoffman) and David (Lindy Hoffman); and also Pat Lewis of Beloit, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers or plants memorials may be directed to Emmanuel Lutheran Church or School or to the Pediatric Cancer Action Network.
