He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Nielsen (Lew) of Stromsburg and Linda Schroeder (Duane) of Yankton, SD; his son Zachary Abresch of Lincoln, NE; and his nephew Justin Sternberg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
