He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Noyd and Leona Noyd (James); his siblings, Paula Boye of Lincoln, Leland Noyd, Marlyce Brumbaugh and Elaine; and his brother-in-law Virgil Ackerman.
He is survived by: his wife Kacy Cleveland of York; his brother Vern; his children, Shelly DeMello of Columbus, NE, Suzie Hobson of Buckeye, AZ, Sean (Marianne Noyd) and Stacy (Melissa Noyd); his parents-in-law, Nanette Merrill, Eugene Zimmerman, Justin and Ashley Cleveland; and his brothers, Dwayne Noyd of Tahoma, CA and Ron Noyd of Lincoln. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
