He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Hatfield; his wife Joyce Brandt of York; his children, Daniel Samson of Lincoln, NE, Susan Liebig (Mark) of Bismarck, ND and Ron Samson (Karen) of York; his grandchildren, Sarah Liebig of Minneapolis, MN, Hailey Samson and James Samson of York; his siblings, Jeanine Heiden, Mary Garhart (Rodney) of York and John Samson (Doris) of Cheyenne, WY; his sister-in-law Karren Samson of York; and his stepchildren, Jay, Jill and Jackie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
