He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Knorr and Anna Knorr (Wiemer). He is survived by: his former wife Eunice DeWald; his wife Shirley Hoover of York; his children, Charles Knorr (Lora), Christopher T. Knorr (Shannon) of Mount Dora, FL and Marcella Kappel (Marc) of Eustis, FL; his grandchildren, Micah Kappel of Lincoln, NE, Matthew Kappel of Gainesville, FL and Ian Howel of Seattle, WA; his brother Max Hoover (Marcia) of York; his sister-in-law Donna Belle Knorr of Pleasanton, MO; and his stepsister Bernice Junge of York. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
