With solemn reverence, we commemorate Carolyn Kopcho of York, Nebraska, whose life came to an end on February 26, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas O'Brien and Helen O'Brien (Frank); her husband Lee; and her brother-in-law Tom Samson. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Kopcho (Denise) of York, Rod Kopcho (Vicky) of York and Tom Kopcho (Amie) of York; her grandchildren, Kelsey Pieper (Jeff) of York, Kinsley McKinney (Jeff) of York, Ethan Kopcho (Taylor) of York, Keith Kopcho (Carlie) of York, Allison Kopcho (Joe Harwick) of York and Jacob Kopcho of York; her great grandchildren, Odelia of York, Oliver of York, Arlo Pieper of York, Leyen of York, Brixtyn McKinney of York and Chloe Kopcho of York; and her sister Judi Samson of Coppell, TX. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Metz Chapel (109 S Lincoln Ave, York, NE 68467). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (505 N E Ave, York, NE 68467).

In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be directed to Greenwood Cemetery or St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
