He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tandy and Sybil Tandy (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Sheila Tandy (Howell); his sons, James and Todd (York); his brother Harold; and his sister-in-law Deena Tandy (York). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
