He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn. He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Kohtz; his granddaughters, Gracie and Olivia; his son Austin Johnson (Shelbi Jo); his father Lanny Johnson (Carol McKenzie) of York; and his siblings, Brenda Johnson of Malcolm and Brad Johnson of Kansas City.
