She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry and Margaret L. Doremus (Richter). She is survived by: her husband Ralph LaVelle; her pet Gingi; her daughter Judy Thornburg of York; and her siblings, Chuck and Jean. She is also survived by five granddaughters, one grandson and two great granddaughters.
