Betty Bell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Bell (York, Nebraska), who passed away on July 6, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Krause and Vivian Krause (Brengle); and her grandson Charles Bell. She is survived by: her husband James Dennis Bell, MD of York; her children, James S. Bell II of Gretna, NE, Dr. Richard P. Bell (Mona) of Daytona Beach, FL and Courtney Nixon (James) of Omaha, NE; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Morris (Eric), Kiely Hermeling (Kevin), Jamie Hahn (Matt), Kathleen Wize (Michael), Jodi Artus (Jesse) and Michael Bell (Emily). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the BackPack for Kids Program in York or to the Living Faith United Methodist Church in Omaha.
