It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Nolte of Wymore, Nebraska, born in Wahoo, Nebraska, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Spicka and Rose Spicka (Horacek); her daughter Sherri Kushen (Wilcox); and her sister Donna May Spicka. She is survived by: her children, Todd Wilcox (Kris) of Barneston and Kim Petersen (Bill) of Barneston; her grandchildren, Joshua Kushen (Amanda), Jordan Kushen, Ashley Lyon (Chad), Andra Hoffman (Ben), Daniel Loop, Jessie Lemerond (Brian) and Lucas Petersen; and her siblings, Connie Brainard, Carol Spicka, David, Emil and Lawrence Spicka. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
Social distancing will be observed, and masks are required at all services.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family's choice for future designation with the funeral home in charge.
