It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Paul Cordes of Wolbach, Nebraska, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Cordes and Minnie L. Cordes (Rother); his brother Ronald Cordes; his siblings-in-law, Vaughn Peterson, Ella Peterson Luft (Glines) and Robert Luft; and his nephew Sloane Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Jodene M. Peterson; his children, Michael, Hollie Cordes (Hansen) of Kenesaw, NE, Crystal Krause of Omaha, NE, Matthew and Jennifer Cordes (Sullivan) of Kearney, NE; his grandchildren, Alexis Fulton, Micha, Hailey, Riley, Brian Cordes, Eliot, Holden Krause, Audra, Sawyer and Walker Cordes; his siblings, Richard Cordes of Hooper, NE and JoAnn Abboud of Naples, FL; and his brother-in-law Michael Peterson (Meredith) of Santa Fe, NM. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
