Carolyn Brahmer Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carolyn Brahmer of Wisner, Nebraska, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Vollmer and Dorothy Vollmer (Luedke); and her brother Daryle Vollmer. She is survived by: her husband Russell Dean Brahmer of Paul's Lutheran Church; her daughter Dr. Julie Brahmer of Baltimore; her grandchildren, Emily and Matthew; her son Mark of Pierce; her grandchildren, Jaci, Maggie and Benjamin; her siblings, Ronald Vollmer (Agnes) of Wisner and Marion Engel of Plant City; and her sister-in-law Beverly Meszaros of Longmont. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for establishment of a scholarship in Carolyn's name for a student (s) pursuing a degree in nursing.
