She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Wade and Leona Wade (Meyer); her husband Terry; her parents-in-law, Arland and Deloris Thies (Hoff); her brothers-in-law, Stanley Acklie and Bill Ziemer; her nephews, Jeff Harris and Scotty Acklie; and her niece Nelly Acklie.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Thies (Lisa) of Winside, Michelle Petzoldt (Brian) of Winside and Tammy Thies of Wayne; her sisters, Sharon Christina of Norfolk, Judy Ziemer of Orion, IL and Belva Acklie of Norfolk; her brother-in-law Russell Thies of Norfolk; and her pet Molly. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
