He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Janke and Elsie Janke (Eckert); his brothers, Norris Janke and Randy Janke; his brothers-in-law, Dean Miller and Roger Thompson; his niece Jennifer Miller; and his nephews, Scott Janke and A. K. Mann.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Darci, Dawn and Darla; his wife Lydaisy Mann; his children, Dean Janke Jr. (Debbie), Darci Frahm (Kenny) of Winside, Dawn Peter (Charles) of Winside and Darla Harbin (Tenn) of Tarkio, MO; his grandchildren, Shane Frahm (Nykee), Brady Frahm, Rachel Peter, Matthew Peter (Jaycie), Dean "Will" Janke III (Taylor), Deserah Janke and Ashley O'Mack; his great grandchildren, Christian Frahm, Cale Frahm, Keenan Myers, Wyatt Frahm, Tucker Janke and Beau Janke; his sister Donna Miller of Garden Grove, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Janke of Winside, Dorinda Janke of Norfolk, Carol Janke of Norfolk, Marsha Thompson of Fremont, Georgiana Meyer (John) of Lincoln and Andy Mann (Sue) of Woodland Park. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
