He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Boggs and Elaine Boggs (Hoffart); his sister Linda Kallhoff; and his son Joseph Handel. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Boggs of Winnetoon; his children, Justin Boggs (Amanda) of Virginia, Lisa Taylor (Preston) of Virginia and Cindy Cevora (John) of Virginia; and his siblings, Tom Boggs (Lorna) of Neligh, Barbara Boggs of Winnetoon and Sandy Boggs of Norfolk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends.
