He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wagner and Mattie Wagner (Ehrenberg); his wife Loretta Wagner of Mary's Catholic Church; his brothers, Hans Wagner, Robert Wagner and Everett Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Waunieta Wagner, Ruth Wagner, Joan Wagner, Emiline Field and Allen Field.
He is survived by: his children, Francis Wagner of Winnetoon, Theresa Allen of Omaha, Bernard Wagner (Melissa) of Bloomfield, Patricia Espinoza-Toro of Omaha, DeAnn Wagner of Omaha and Catherine Kopejtka (Brent) of Stanton, Nebraska. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
