He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Wagner and Mattie Wagner (Ehrenberg); his wife Joan Wagner (Nichols) of Wayne, Neb; his son Brian Wagner; his brothers, Hans Wagner and Robert Wagner; and his sisters-in-law, Waunieta Wagner and Ruth Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Julie (Dan Muehlbauer), Jon (Pam Wagner), Pamela (Gerald Krienert), Lisa (Mark Koeppe) and Donna Wagner of Norfolk; his daughter-in-law Kathy Wagner of Creighton; and his brother Herbert Wagner (Loretta) of Winnetoon. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren with three future great-grandchildren.
