She was predeceased by: her parents, August Reiss and Rilla Reiss (Arehart); her husband Leonard Konert of Anthony's Catholic Church; her brothers, Leland Reiss (Beverly) and Lawrence Reiss (Loretta); her sister-in-law Marjorie Bode (Norbert); and her pets, Patches and Fletcher.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Konert (Michelle) of Wilcox, Nebraska and Mike Konert (Susan) of Huntley, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Sarah Thompson (Bryan) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Derek Konert (Ashley) of Hastings, Nebraska, Brandon Konert (Emily) of Wilcox, Amanda VanKirk (Paul) of Hastings, Olivia Garske (Andrew) of Seward, Nebraska and Chase Konert (Erin) of Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Silas, Molly Thompson, Colson, Peyton VanKirk, Ava, Audrey and Kyler Konert; and her sister-in-law Jackie Reiss of Holdrege. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial has been established in Delores' honor, and kindly suggested to St. John's Lutheran Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
