He is survived by: his wife Maxine Richtarik; his family, Kevin, Davey, Terri, Chris and Lori; his parents-in-law, Lumir, Rose Richtarik, Eugene Richtarik, Shirley and Frank Oliva; his close friend Edna Koll; his children, Terri and Chris (Sandy); his daughter-in-law Nadine; his sisters-in-law, Virginia Krivohlavek and Doris Richtarik; and his nieces and nephews, David, Judy, Kenneth, Doris, Alan, Jenny, Kathy, Jerry Wills, Patricia, Jack Ross, Kimberly Cox and Christine Koll. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
