He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Plouzek and Abbie Plouzek (Kacel); his wife Virginia Allen; his siblings, Marion Plouzek and Delores Broz; and his nephew Rodger Plouzek.
He is survived by: his stepsons, James Dedmon, Robert Allen and John Allen (Elga); his niece Judy Riepl (Bob); and his nephew David Plouzek (Cindy). He is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
