She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Crha and Anna Crha of Buhl, Idaho.; her former husband Milo Duba; her daughter Regina Duba; and her grandchildren, Blake Weaver and Penny Krupicka.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth G. Krupicka of Wilber, NE; her son Larry Duba; her daughter-in-law Bertha Duba of Leadville, CO; her grandchildren, Sarah and Shawn; her daughter Faye Duba of San Diego, CA; her grandson Brett; her children, Julie Krupicka (New Zealand) and James Krupicka; her daughter-in-law Sierra Covell of Denton, NE; her children, Lacey, Justice and Tuff; her niece Agnes Krupicka of Western, NE; and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Kashton and Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to be designated to the United Methodist Church, the Alzheimer's Association or Saline Center Elder Care.
