She is survived by: her fiancé Wendell Shriver; her children, Dalton Hawkins (Cassie), Zachery Hawkins (Hayley Vogt) and Alison Ann; and her brothers, Steve and Garth. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
