Vera Homolka Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vera Homolka of Western, Nebraska, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her aunts and uncles, Henry, Joseph B, William Homolka, Bessie Vacek and Rose Sokolik; and her pet Michael.

She is survived by: her close friend Buffy. She is also survived by her many cousins, neighbors, and friends.

She devoted a lot of time and energy to meeting their needs and to the challenge of teaching remotely during Covid.
