With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myron L. Hayek (Western, Nebraska), who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lumir Hayek and Evelyn Hayek (Vlasak); his parents-in-law, Frank and Sylvia Zoubek Kotas; his brother-in-law Roger Kotas; his nephews, Bobby and Brad Kasl; and his niece Jean Kasl Essman.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann Kotas; his children, Wendy, Doug, Hillary Hayek, Daryl and Roxy Hayek; his grandchildren, Seth (Zack Keller), Logan (Rylee Hayek), Kaylee and Collin (Cooper Hayek); his great grandchild Roayn Lann Clausen; his sister Marva Hayek Kasl (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Kotas (Lois), Melvin Kotas (Barb) and Carol Kotas. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
