He is survived by: his parents, George Baxa and Pauletta Baxa; his wife Nancy Mailahn; his son Mason Mailahn (Kristina); his grandchildren, Dylan, Landon and Bellamy; his stepmother Jane; his sisters, Marjorie Badousek and Julie Anderson (Rob) of Crete; his nephew Brendon Baxa (Julie); his niece Ruth Ann Badousek; and his sisters-in-law, Diane Muller, Marilyn (Jay McKernan) and Judy (Gerald Behrends). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many other nieces and nephews.
