He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice L Cudaback and Lena E Cudaback (Johnston); his wife Edith Cudaback; and his brothers, Ron and Jack Cudaback.
He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Kleich (Bill), Carolyn Carlyle (Don), Debra Schol, Tamie Schol (Robert) and Sheryl Schulte (Kenneth); and his siblings, Jim, Bob Cudaback and Jane Rumbeck. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
