Verena Luebbert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 94, Verena Luebbert of West Point, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Knust and Elizabeth Knust (Eusterbrock); her parents-in-law, Henry and Cunigunda Luebbert; her sisters, Alda Weimann and Lenore Wieler; and her daughter-in-law Joan Luebbert.
She is survived by: her husband Louis Luebbert; her children, Scott Luebbert of Simi Valley, CA and Lisa Sheldon (David) of Council Bluffs, IA; her sisters, Jeanette Konsel of Elkhorn, NE and Arlene Kersten of Howells, NE; and her grandchildren, Bridget Murphy (Kavan), Bethany Antioho (Jeffrey), Christina Kerner (Christopher), Abigail Rossi (Jacob), Lindsay Antioho (Lucas), Dustin Sheldon Sr. and Jennifer Sheldon. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the GACC Endowment or the St. Mary's Catholic Church Endowment.
